Exhibit Support Details
Policies and Guidelines
• Exhibit space includes one (1) 6’x30” table with linen and two (2) chairs.
• Full-size (8’ or larger) display must be approved in advance.
• Signed application required to reserve space.
• Payment must be received prior to move-in.
• Exhibit services (i.e. Freeman, GES, etc.) are not available at this event.
• Minimum exhibit purchase required to qualify for additional support opportunities and meal symposia.
• Advance registration attendee lists are not provided.
• Final attendee list will be provided to all registered exhibitors seven to ten (7-10) days post meeting.
Shipping Guidelines
• Send all shipments directly to meeting location.
• Drayage fees may be charged by the hotel/meeting venue.
• CVLink is not responsible for shipments sent direct to the hotel/meeting venue.
Cancellations
• Cancellations made in writing and/or postmarked twenty-one (21) days prior to meeting date may be
eligible for 90% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations twenty (20) days or less prior to meeting date.
Name Badges and Company Description
Register exhibitor badges and update company profiles (description, logo, and company URL)
at CVLink2026.com
• Company description to be 50 words or less.
• Logos must contain transparent background.
• Acceptable logo file types: Adobe Illustrator, .eps, .png or high-resolution PDF.
• Complimentary exhibitor badges included in exhibit fee must be pre-registered by published deadline.
• Name badges are required for all onsite personnel.
• Additional industry non-exhibiting pass is $399
